Whawit requires access to third-party log monitoring tools, such as Datadog or New Relic, to function effectively. Users must provide valid API keys or credentials necessary for accessing these third-party services.
Use of Provided Credentials
The provided API keys or credentials will be used exclusively by Whawit to access and query data from specified third-party services on behalf of the user.
Data Query and Analysis
Whawit will use the credentials provided by users to execute queries based on user instructions. Data retrieved from third-party services will be analyzed with AI tools, specifically Google Vertex AI, to offer actionable insights.
Data Privacy and Security
Whawit is committed to user privacy and does not store or retain sensitive data accessed during queries or analysis. The only sensitive data retained by Whawit are the API keys or credentials provided by users for accessing third-party services.
Confidentiality
Whawit will not share, sell, or disclose user information, query results, or any other data retrieved from third-party services to external parties, except as explicitly necessary for performing AI-driven analysis.
Accuracy and Limitations of Analysis
Users acknowledge that Whawit's AI-driven analyses may occasionally produce inaccuracies or errors. Users are encouraged to independently verify and further investigate their systems when detailed or critical information is needed.
User Responsibilities
Users must ensure the accuracy, validity, and security of the credentials or API keys provided to Whawit. Users agree to use Whawit responsibly, in compliance with all applicable laws and third-party service policies.
Acceptance
By using Whawit, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
