NeuBird acts on infrastructure state and hands context to whatever incident process you run. WHAWIT is that process — lifecycle, timeline, on-call, escalation and paging — so the remediation, the page and the postmortem share one record.
Code is where many incidents actually end
A restart clears the symptom; the bug that caused it ships again next deploy. WHAWIT's coding agent takes the investigated incident, implements and tests the fix in a sandbox, and opens the PR that ends the recurrence.
