Does WHAWIT support the escalation concepts we used in Opsgenie?

Yes. Escalation policies are ordered levels, each naming its targets — an individual, an entire on-call schedule, or an escalation team — with a per-level acknowledgement timeout and optional per-level notification channels. The whole chain can repeat a configurable number of times if the incident stays unacknowledged.
